Who can use Only My Share?

Both tenants and guarantors can apply for Only My Share at any time, even after the tenancy has started.  

However, if your policy start date is after your tenancy has begun, there will be a 90-day exclusion period before any claims can be made. This is to prevent claims for known defaults, ensuring fair coverage for all users.
