What happens if a tenant defaults on their tenancy agreement?

The guarantee provided by Housing Hand covers all tenant liabilities as outlined in the tenancy agreement. 

If a tenant defaults: 

1. Submit your invoice to Housing Hand within 30 days of the defaulted payments. 
2. We will review the claim against the guarantor and perform internal checks.  
3. Valid claims will be paid within 28-35 days from validation.
