What's Not Protected?
- Personal possessions - Your belongings are not covered under this guarantee. We recommend taking out separate contents insurance to protect your items.
- Property damage - Damage to the property is not included. We advise getting adequate cover either with possessions insurance or tenant's liability insurance to cover this risk.
