How do I pay?

 To make a payment, follow these steps: 

1. Create an account with us: Verify your email address and create a login to access our application area.
2. You will be asked to provide a few details, such as date of birth, and then before you can continue with your application, you will be asked to pay our onboarding fee of £20. The application process has a lot of moving parts and this fee pays for us to process the application in full.
3. Once you have paid your fee, you will be asked to complete ID Verification and to also provide your property details. Once you have submitted your property details, the 'payment options' section in your dashboard will change from grey to orange, indicating that you are now free to choose which subscription type you would like to make for the service, monthly or upfront.
   
   
   
   
4. Go to the payment page, review and accept our terms and conditions.
     

You can now make payment.

Every applicant will need to pay a £20 onboarding fee so we can start to process your application. This fee is non-refundable (unless we are unable to work with your accommodation provider) and is used to carry out ID Verification checks on yourself and your co-signer.

If a payment fails, our system will automatically retry it. If it remains unpaid, additional charges may be applied. If you're unable to pay immediately, email payments@housinghand.co.uk to request a revised payment date.
