If your flatmates or partner are sharing the rent, each person will need to either pass referencing checks as a working professional or provide a guarantor.
If they cannot provide a suitable guarantor, they can apply individually to Housing Hand to act as their guarantor. In this case, each person must submit a separate application, and the rent must be split equally across all applications.
