Can Housing Hand stand as a guarantor for a group?

Yes, but each tenant must have their own guarantor, meaning that each individual tenant must apply separately if they need Housing Hand's support.  

If some tenants in a group wish to use Housing Hand while others provide their own guarantor, that's completely fine. For example, if three tenants need a guarantor, two can apply with Housing Hand while the third uses their own guarantor.
