How it works

1. Partner with Housing Hand

Contact our Business Development team to discuss your portfolio and needs. We’ll help you determine which package works best for your properties and tenant profile.

2. Tenants get covered

Depending on your chosen agreement, tenants either purchase coverage directly or you provide it as part of your tenancy agreement. Either way, you gain complete protection.

3. Rent gets paid

Your tenants pay rent as usual. If they can’t make a payment, we step in. You claim in your dedicated portal, and once we have all the paperwork you will receive your rent within 28-35 days of submitting your invoice.
