How does it work?
You will be asked to submit your tenants contact details and we will deal with the rest.
Whether it’s a one-off verification or verifying an entire building of apartments. You can manage it all in our simple to use portal.
Tenants will be invited via a bespoke link where they will be asked to submit required documents, complete biometric facial recognition and the online verification process. Once the tenant identity is confirmed and approved, we will send a confirmation notification to you.
With our dedicated system, the ID verification can take as little as 35 seconds from upload.
Documents will be hosted on our secure server for six months after your tenant’s tenancy end date, to ensure you remain compliant – always.
