3. Complete the full guarantor application. Verification can take only a few working days, and the speed depends on everyone doing their part: you completing your details and making payment for the Housing Hand fee, in monthly instalments or upfront, your co-signer providing their ID and proof of address, and your accommodation provider completing their step.
4. Sign and move in. Once the guarantor agreement and your tenancy agreement are signed, the keys are yours.
