Yes, you can still apply. We do not carry out credit referencing checks and even accept tenants with a County Court Judgement (CCJ).

As part of our affordability criteria, we also accept a range of benefits, including Universal Credit, PIP, Child Benefit, Pension, and Pension Credit. If you're unsure about your specific situation, we recommend speaking to our team for guidance.
