To renew your application, there is a £20 renewal fee, which must be paid upfront when you request renewal. This fee covers processing your application, including ID checks and confirming your tenancy details with your accommodation provider. 

The cost of renewing your guarantor service is the same as a new application and is based on a rent band pricing structure.
