I can honestly say that without their patience and steadfastness, I have no idea where I would be staying. Karen and Dani are truly the best. There was a document processing issue with my landlord's web portal, and they stepped right in to fix the problem. One thing about Housing Hand is that they do a lot of work in the background, so it is really some times difficult to see all their hard work until its done. The Housing Hand website was also really easy to use. I liked that I could send a chat to Housing hand and whilst also having a point of contact via email for issues and questions that I have.
