Why do you need my accommodation details?

Providing details about the property you wish to rent is a key part of your application.  

We require this information to:  

• Verify your accommodation provider and ensure they accept Housing Hand as a guarantor.  
• Draw up your guarantor agreement based on your tenancy details.  
• Calculate your fee and determine when your coverage will start.  

If you cannot find your accommodation provider in the drop-down menu, please complete their details in the Tenancy details section of your application.

Important: If you haven’t secured a property yet, you cannot apply for Housing Hand to stand as your guarantor. However, you can use our house finder service to connect with accommodation providers who accept Housing Hand.
