Who can be a co-signer?

A co-signer is someone who signs your contract with Housing Hand but does not stand as your UK rent guarantor directly. They serve as a secondary point of contact and are jointly liable for repaying Housing Hand if any payments are made on your behalf due to rent default.  

Requirements:  

• Must have an income (credit history is not required).  
• Can be based outside the UK (ideal for international students. Parents or friends from your home country can stand as co-signers).
