What are the benefits of using Housing Hand?

In many cases, UK letting agents will not show you available rental unless you already have a rent guarantor in place. Similarly, if lots of tenants are interested in one property, your application may stand out if you have a guarantor available.

To ensure you have the best chance possible, and have access to more properties on the market, having a guarantor ready could give you an added advantage.

If you do not have a guarantor, your accommodation provider may require you to pay rent in advance - typically 6 to 12 months upfront. However, when the Renters’ Rights Bill comes into force, this will no longer be possible.
