OMS offers one policy to fit all; Rent Arrears Protection for yourself and your guarantor, for just £16 per month.

The guarantee policy available to purchase, gives you cover for up to £20,000 of housemates rent arrears if they don't pay their rent for the length of the tenancy, up to a maximum of 12 months.
