To check the status of your prospective tenants, log in to your portal. You will find them listed under one of the following categories:
- Waiting confirmation - Tenants who are awaiting your review and confirmation of their tenancy details.
- Confirmed applicants - Tenants whose applications are currently being processed.
- Your tenants - Tenants who have successfully completed the process.
- Rejected tenants - Applicants whose tenancy details have been rejected, either by you or by us. If they enter new accommodation details, their rejected application will be overwritten and will no longer appear in this list.
