The process is simple: you start by applying online, answering a few quick questions to receive an instant decision and quote.
We’ll reach out to your accommodation provider to confirm your tenancy, and also get in touch with your co-signer.
Once everything has been approved and accepted, we’ll sign the guarantor agreement for your tenancy, just as a traditional guarantor would, so you can secure your rental property.
And if something unexpected happens, for example, a financial setback or difficulty paying rent, Housing Hand will cover the payment to your landlord or accommodation provider and then work with you directly to find a fair and manageable solution.
